Prem Sutra is a story about a Sapna and her love interest Sanjay who
sleeps with every other woman. He doesn't hesitate in having physical
relations with women he hardly knows. One day during a medical test it
is revealed that he has HIV Aids. Sapna comes to know about his
condition and goes to visit him and accepts him the way he is and still
claims to love him. This is when he realizes that Sapna really loved him
throughout and he never understood her love for him.
